Ash Wednesday Services

March 1 7 a.m.—Perfect for persons on their way to or from work. This is the briefest of the three services. 12:05 p.m.—This service is shaped to include both the downtown business community and persons who are free during the day. 7 p.m.—This traditional service features open space. Following the invitation to a Holy Lent, those present visit various “stations” around the Nave. Hygiene Kits for New Americans Students

Your donations are needed to provide kits of shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, lip balm and warm socks to refugee students in this program. We need to buy supplies for 140 students at a cost of approximately $8 per kit. Children will assemble the kits during chapel on December 4 and 11. Children can bring their donations to chapel or they can be put in the offering plate marked “New Americans.”

Choral Evensong: A Time for Mourning, Reflection, and Resolve following the massacre in Orlando

Sunday, June 19, 5:00 PM The Trinity Choir sings Evensong, a service of music for reflection, meditation and prayer. A time for making corporate lament, remembering innocent victims, candle lighting, and healing prayer follows. Those present may write down commitments to do loving and restorative acts on behalf of God’s people and world. A reception follows in Founders’ Hall.
