Calendar Inquiry for Diocesan Event

Use this form if you are part of a diocesan committee/ministry that would like to have an event at Grace and Holy Trinity Cathedral. After you submit this form, our Events Coordinator will reach out to you to confirm the date and event information. Submitting this form does not guarantee that space at the Cathedral is available or reserved for your event.

If no, please contact the diocesan office to make sure there aren’t other diocesan events that might conflict.

The Cathedral only allows wine, champagne and beer in the bottle. No alcohol will be allowed at your reception unless permission is requested. The serving of alcoholic beverages is to be monitored and controlled. The Cathedral reserves the right to terminate your reception if consumption is high or guests become unruly. If alcohol is served, a nonalcoholic alternative must be provided in an equally prominent and attractive manner. Food must be served when alcohol is present. Alcoholic beverages should cease being served well before an event ends and while food remains out.
