The Vestry of Grace and Holy Trinity Cathedral functions much like the board of directors of any nonprofit. As the legal representatives and agents of the Parish, our Vestry members are charged with specific responsibilities by the canons of The Episcopal Church. Together with the Dean, the Vestry is responsible for the temporal affairs of the Cathedral Parish which include finances, property management, and human resources.
Beyond that, our Vestry discerns what God is calling our faith community to do and articulates a vision of the Cathedral’s mission. Our mission and vision are the foundation for our decisions and actions.

Vestry Meetings
The Cathedral Vestry typically meets the fourth Wednesday of each month. You are welcome to attend and observe the meeting in the Common Room or on Zoom.
Non-Vestry members must have prior arrangement to be included on the agenda to address the meeting. To be placed on the agenda for the meeting, please contact Dean Keyse no later than noon on the Monday before the meeting.
